BackOffice Associates, LLC Announces Addition of James E. Rogers to Board of Directors
Veteran Executive Brings Nearly 40 Years of Business Experience to Board
HARWICH, Mass.--BackOffice Associates, LLC, the leader in SAP data quality, data migration and data governance solutions, announced today the appointment of James E. Rogers, 62, to its Board of Directors.

Rogers is the president of SCI Investors Inc., a private equity investment firm and the former Chairman and current member of the Board of Directors of Caraustar Industries (NASDAQ – CSAR). Rogers served as president and chief executive officer of Specialty Coatings International Inc., a $700 million paper and film manufacturing company, from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, Rogers was senior vice president and group executive of James River Corporation, an NYSE paper manufacturing company, from 1987 to 1991. In addition to serving on Caraustar’s Board, Rogers currently serves as Lead Director of Owens & Minor Inc. (NYSE – OMI), a medical products distribution company, Wellman Inc., a polyester and PET chemical manufacturing company and New Market Corp. (NYSE – NEU), a specialty chemical manufacturing company. Rogers also serves on the board of directors of various private companies, including Printpack, Inc., Mohawk Paper Mills, PPC Industries and Pregis Corporation. Rogers holds a B.S. degree in Physics from the Virginia Military Institute and an M.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
