BOSTON--July 7, 2006--ARCHIBUS Solution Centers, Ltd., is pleased to announce that it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire the majority of the assets of Deltona Information Systems GmbH, a privately held company based in Saarbrucken, Germany, and it has established ARCHIBUS Solution Centers - Germany - Saarbrucken GmbH in its place.
Deltona Information Systems is one of Germany's leading CAD, ERP and IT integration, and CAFM system deployment organizations. Among Deltona's existing network of strategic business partners are AIS Management GmbH, BTE Consult, CADCONCEPT, Gingco New Media GmbH, HSD Handschke Software & Datentechnik GmbH, SAB Service Administration, my Solutions GmbH, SAP SI AG, and others. Some of Deltona's existing ARCHIBUS/FM customers include Deutsche Borse Group, IBM(R), and Porsche(R) AG. All of the partners and customers have agreed to expand their relationships with the newly formed ARCHIBUS Solution Center in Saarbrucken.
This acquisition signals ARCHIBUS, Inc.'s and ARCHIBUS Solution Centers' entry into the infrastructure and facilities management automation space in German-speaking markets and will enable ARCHIBUS/FM(R) customers, including owners and tenants, to create, manage and share building data throughout the entire building lifecycle. While the specific terms of the acquisition have not been finalized, the acquisition and asset transfer costs are expected to be approximately EUR 3,200,000.

Our staff will be able to effectively design, develop and deploy regionalized ARCHIBUS/FM-based solutions for the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
Mr. Freimut Stockmar and Mr. Erich Thiel, both with over 20 years experience in related markets, have agreed to stay on with the new company and serve as the President/CEO and Chief Technical Officer, respectively.
