CENTRE successfully completes 11-month PinkVerify Service Support certification process

FALLS CHURCH, Va.--Integration Technologies Group, Inc. (ITG) is pleased to announce that its flagship product, CENTRE, Version Release 4.6.3 has achieved PinkVerify Service Support certification, designating the software as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compatible. The intensive research and development effort began in the first quarter of 2007 and culminated on the 2nd of November, 2007, with the successful completion of the final step of the PinkVerify assessment for Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management.

Pink Elephant, a leading IT Service Management (ITSM) consulting organization and owner of the PinkVerify assessment, confirmed CENTREs ITIL compatibility. In order to be licensed to use the PinkVerify logo, CENTRE had to meet the minimum functional criteria for ITIL processes.

ITG, an IT Services Company, is CMMI level III appraised, as well as the holder of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 20000-1:2005 certifications, one of a few U.S. companies to have achieved these quality designations. The ITIL certification confirms that the ITG CENTRE processes follow a comprehensive checklist of procedures on every IT project.
