Both applications are tightly integrated with financial accounting software from Sage Software, the leading provider of accounting solutions to the small to medium business (SMB) market.
This acquisition is the culmination of almost a decade of discussions and negotiations regarding how the two companies could best work together. The combined product offering provides an affordable, easy to implement manufacturing, distribution and operations solution to the entire range of the small to medium enterprise (SME) market. The new product offering is supported by a worldwide network of value added resellers and distributors.
