June 2008 Microsoft releases the latest version of their market leading ERP solution –Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 which is the upgrade from version 4.0.

Each role also has a customisable home page.  Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 comes with 32 pre-defined roles including: order processor, purchasing agent, project manager, project team member, CEO and CFO. 

Windows Workflow: This enhanced built in workflow management system automates business processes across roles and departments, improving the flow of information whilst enforcing policies, ensuring compliance and reducing costs. Its compliance portal also helps you helps you manage the sharing of compliance documents and evaluation of controls.
