DO2 Releases Significant Enhancements in New Version of Industry Leading OpenInvoiceTM Platform
CALGARY, Alberta & HOUSTON & LONDON--DO2 Technologies Inc., the global leader in electronic invoicing, today announced that it has released significant upgrades to its flagship e-invoicing platform, OpenInvoiceTM.
The OpenInvoice platform comprises a complete suite of electronic invoicing functions for buyers and suppliers including electronic invoice submission and adjudication workflow, early payment discount management, receipt management and matching, price reconciliation, and much more. OpenInvoice Receipt, a module of the OpenInvoice platform, allows both the buyer and supplier to quickly and easily approve goods receipt and service charges at the work site or delivery location every day. Fully integrated with OpenInvoice, OpenInvoice Receipt provides for the first time a true electronic receipt document, which has been the missing link for fully automated approvals through electronic three and four-way matching.
This particular release focuses on a number of automation enhancements that will bring significant value to DO2 customers. They include:
- Supplier Self-Registration: a module that automates many of the manual tasks associated with supplier on-ramping, including contacting the supplier, gathering needed supplier information, and communicating with buyers regarding enablement. The Self-Registration Module also gives buyers complete visibility into the status of their supplier enablement projects.
- A number of enhancements to OI Receipt, including enhanced Seller and Buyer Dashboards for easily viewing the status of all receipts, powerful custom search functionality, and a Seller Charge Wizard and Invoice Wizard. All of these changes significantly increase the ease-of-use of the application, and is expected to drive even broader adoption of the solution, which has already been implemented at over 1200 field and delivery locations.
