McKesson’s Focus on Quality Again Earns High Ratings in
Latest KLAS Report
Eighteen McKesson Solutions Ranked in Top Three for Category
ATLANTA--Reflecting a consistent focus on quality and customer service, seven of McKesson’s products are rated either Best in KLAS or a Solution Category Leader in the 2007 year-end Top 20: Best in KLAS Awards report. Overall, a total of 18 McKesson solutions are ranked in the top three for their categories in the annual report by KLAS.
McKesson’s top-ranked solutions span the healthcare continuum, from clinical and patient safety solutions to financial and workforce management offerings. McKesson’s Paragon® hospital information system and Horizon Homecare™ solutions received Best in KLAS rankings for the community HIS and homecare categories, respectively. Paragon also received Category Leader designations for its community clinical and financial solutions. For the fifth straight year, the Pathways Financial Management™ and Pathways Materials Management™ combination has received a Best in KLAS ranking for the financial/ERP category.
Two components of McKesson’s patient safety suite, the ROBOT-Rx® robotics system and Horizon Meds Manager™ pharmacy solution, were named Category Leaders for the centralized medication dispensing and community pharmacy categories, respectively. McKesson’s workforce management solution, ANSOS One-Staff™, maintains its No. 1 ranking for staff and nurse scheduling in the report, and Pathways Compliance Advisor™ took the top spot for the revenue cycle – medical necessity category.
