NEW YORK--Capgemini, one of the world's foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, today announced that it is placed in the Leaders Quadrant for providers of enterprise resource planning (ERP) services in North America by leading analyst firm Gartner, Inc. In its “Magic Quadrant for ERP Service Providers, North America, 2007”1 report, Gartner positions Capgemini in the “Leaders” category.
“It’s an honor for Capgemini to be placed by Gartner in the Leaders Quadrant,” said Lanny Cohen, CEO of Capgemini’s North America Project and Consulting Business. “Building upon this evaluation, we will continue with our client-focused delivery methodology and collaborating internally with our North American Outsourcing Services business unit, to provide solutions such as ERP Run, which takes full responsibility of existing ERP applications, operations and infrastructure at a significantly reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for our clients. Our objective is to consistently increase our client’s return on investment using these technologies.”
