Natixis Global Associates Selects Basware for Invoice Processing Automation
International Financial Services Company Streamlines Accounts Payable Processes; Uses Mobile Invoice Processing
STAMFORD, Conn.--Basware, Inc., a subsidiary of Finland-based Basware Corporation and the leading provider of financial process automation software, today announced that its enterprise Purchase to Pay solutions have been selected by Natixis Global Associates, the distribution arm of Natixis Global Asset Management. The company has chosen the Basware Invoice Processing solution and Basware Mobile Client to automate workflow and streamline its accounts payable processes. Key to selecting Basware was its AnyERP functionality, which enables Natixis Global Associates to seamlessly integrate its Epicor ERP system to Basware Invoice Processing. The Basware solutions will help the company move from a manual paper environment to a paperless electronic one.
By leveraging Basware Invoice Processing, Natixis Global Associates will be able to eliminate its manual processing of invoices, enabling the associates throughout the organization to conduct electronic workflow, revisions, cost allocations and automated approval of invoices. They will also be able to electronically transfer invoices to the company’s accounts payable system centrally located in Boston. The solution’s versatile reporting capabilities will provide complete visibility into all invoices.
In addition to the centralized application, Natixis Global Associates will also use the Basware Mobile Client, the world’s first mobile application to deliver complete remote control over the financial value chain. The solution enables Natixis’ associates to access the Basware Invoice Processing solution from their mobile devices and handle and approve invoices anytime, anywhere. This capability allows them to eliminate logistical delays in the invoice approval process.
“By automating its invoice processing function, Natixis Global Associates will benefit from increased efficiencies, internal controls and visibility into their processes,” said Andrew Jesse, VP of Professional Services, Basware. “Additionally, the use of the Basware Mobile Client will help them avoid processing bottlenecks and speed up the invoice approval process.”
“After careful consideration, we selected Basware’s Invoice Processing solution because it is a proven, best-of-breed application that will enable us to streamline, speed up and electronically capture our invoice approvals and build greater visibility into this critical business process,” said Marilyn Rosh, controller at Natixis Global Associates. “Thanks to Basware’s AnyERP capabilities, the solution easily integrates with our Epicor ERP platform and also gives our staff access to the application in a wireless, paperless format.”
